THE STEP BY STEP GUIDE
The physiotherapist-designed strength, balance and fitness program helping older adults live better for longer.

'I'm 65 and felt like I was 100 before starting! I couldn't walk properly, was very unsteady on my feet and couldn't get up stairs on my own. After 12 months I'm walking a lot better, have strength in my arms and legs and getting up and down stairs'
- ANNETTE 65

'This program has helped me massively after having a stroke 2 years ago. I am now able to walk better, balance on my feet better, get up and down stairs, and off the toilet easier. I would highly recommend this.'
- BRAD 68

'I'm really liking the program. I'm halfway through and feeling more confident, better fitness and better balance.'
- TONY 60

STAIRS LEAVE YOU PUFFED OUT
GETTING OUT OF LOW CHAIRS IS BECOMING HARDER
YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT LOSING MUSCLE AND BONE DENSITY
YOU'RE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR BALANCE AND FALLING
GETTING UP & DOWN FROM THE FLOOR IS A STRUGGLE (OR OUT OF THE QUESTION ALREADY)
YOU'RE NOT AS CONFIDENT IN YOUR BODY AS YOU WERE A FEW YEARS AGO
THE PROBLEM
Walking is good, but it doesn't build enough strength to prevent muscle loss. Random YouTube workouts lack structure. Gyms can feel intimidating. As strength, fitness and balance decline, everyday things like stairs, shopping, gardening and getting out of chairs become harder each year.

Designed by Donovan Baker (Doctor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Exercise Science).
Built from more than a decade of helping older adults stay strong, mobile and independent.
Throughout his career, he kept seeing the same problem. People were being told to exercise, but nobody was showing them exactly what to do.
Most were left with generic gym programs, random YouTube videos, or no plan at all.
So he created Built To Last.
A complete strength, balance and fitness program designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active, maintain their independence, and keep doing the things they love for as long as possible.
